A self-cleaning filter box is the ideal completion of sandblasting cabins and allows a perfect reduction of dust generated during the sandblasting process.
The air is aspired from the sandblasting cabin by the filter fan, allowing the operator a better visibility during the sandblasting operation, and subsequently conveyed through the cartridges present on the filter. Such cartridges, ensuring perfect filtering of the air, are the essential element of the whole filter. An automated electro-pneumatic system keeps the cartridges clean through a timed control that creates a compressed-air perturbation inside the filter. The so reduced powders will accumulate in the special container placed at the foot of the filter.
It is recommended to regularly empty the container placed at the foot of the filter for a correct run of the plant.
